In this hands-on class, you’ll dive into the art of basket weaving using raffia and sturdy cordage. This faster weaving method means you’ll leave with a generously sized basket you’ll be proud of, perfect for your home or as a gift.
Along the way, you’ll learn helpful tricks and techniques to make weaving easier, smoother, and more creative. No prior experience is needed, and all materials are provided—just bring your curiosity and your hands ready to weave.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with both a beautiful finished basket and skills you can use again and again.
