At The Grounds, we’ve always believed dinner is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s the table you gather around, the people beside you, the setting, the conversation, and the memories you leave with.
Our new dinner series is created and curated by The Grounds, with our friends at OWS partnering with us to bring each culinary concept to life. Every dinner begins with an idea, and together we build a menu around it.
These aren’t traditional dinners. Each one will be completely different, sometimes playful, sometimes nostalgic, sometimes unexpected, and always designed as an experience from beginning to end.
Think camp food, but elevated.
For this dinner, The Grounds and OWS are taking the familiar flavors and foods associated with nights outdoors and giving them a thoughtful, grown-up spin.
But the food is only part of it.
Dinner won’t happen around one table. Different parts of the meal will be enjoyed in different locations around The Grounds, so the evening unfolds as you move through the property. A little wandering, a little adventure, and a few surprises along the way.
Put on comfy clothes, come hungry, and settle in for a night that feels playful, relaxed, and just a little nostalgic, whether you grew up going to camp or never went at all.
