Nature, creativity, and community combine at The Grounds of Livev for a one of a kind arts and makers festival experience, Outsiders Only.
Bond with the land and the animals who live there while wandering through the outdoor market bursting with handmade treasures, local flavors, and unique demonstrations and experiences. The hum of live music, wind in the trees, and animals grazing nearby invite you to pause and connect. Meet makers who pour their hearts into their craft and service-based vendors doing what they do best, from wellness to woodworking, eager to share their skills and stories.
We hope you'll build relationships, try something new, find a spark of inspiration, or simply enjoy the beauty of the day. This isn't just a festival– it's a gathering of everything we love most about The Grounds of Livev and we can't wait for you to be a part of it.
Tickets - Two offerings:
VIP -- 10am Entry time (Includes gift bag): $50 + 3.5% stripe fee
General Admission --- 11am entry time: $25 + 3.5% stripe fee
*Admission to Outsiders Only is included in The 10728 membership and Equestrian membership. Interested in membership perks email info@thegrounds.com.
**Children are welcome to attend however the festival activities are geared toward adults. Children under 12 are free.
Parking Info
Parking on-site at The Grounds Property is limited. However, we have overflow parking available! More information to come closer to the event.

Attire
The event will be exclusively outdoors, among the trees and animals, so please dress appropriately and wear close toed, comfortable shoes.
