In this class, we’ll explore the possibilities of abstract painting using acrylics while working with a limited palette to mix a wide range of rich, nuanced colors. Through guided exercises, we’ll develop forms and shapes, practice brush control, and build depth using layered acrylic techniques. As the paintings evolve, we’ll finish by experimenting with negative painting to create playful abstract floral arrangements. A great class for exploring color, movement, and expressive composition.
