Join us for a full-body stretch class designed to release tension and restore ease in both the upper and lower body. Dr. Lily of Glide Chiropractic Care will be guiding the session, teaching you gentle movements along with key cues on how to stretch safely and effectively at home. Perfect for all levels, especially if you experience tightness from sitting or daily stress. You’ll leave feeling more open, supported, and equipped with simple tools to keep your body moving well every day.
